A Student Representative Council (SRC) has enormous potential to impact and transform the culture and spirit of a school. Each year students across Australia are elected to take up this role of SRC often without being equipped with the vision, strategy and skills to contribute meaningfully.     Peer support is a buddy program where older students team up with and mentor younger students by building relationships, offering support and helping them transition into High School. Peer support is a great platform for your senior students to develop their own personal leadership whilst also contributing to the growth and well-being of a group of younger students. It provides a great opportunity to improve the cross-grade relationships at your school and help ensure everyone's experience at school is a meaningful, positive and fun one.

    We have leadership training programs for Years 7 to 12. We will design a program to meet the needs of your students. An overview of our Year 7 and Senior Students (Years 11/12) programs are listed below.

    Year 7- CONNECT program

    Year 7

     The progression into high school can be a challending time for Year 7 students. It is critical that these young people experience a sense of connection to their new peers and school community, and have the confidence and resilience to manage this change effectively.

    CONNECT is a program which focuses on building the necessary skills and confidence to help ensure a smooth progression into high school. The program aims to build strong and resilient young people who are inspired to achieve their personal best at high school and to develop strong and healthy relationships with their peers.     The final years of high school can be a challenging journey. Wrestling with workload and expectations, and seeking clarity on post school life; many students struggle to enjoy the opportunities that this time can present and are unaware of their leadership potential.  Our aim is to develop senior students into strong and resilient young people who are inspired to use the leadership opportunity they have to make a difference in their school and community.     Girls' Day Program - Celebrating Sisterhood

    Media and peer pressure, friendships and relationships can complicate what should be the best years of a young girl's schooling life. Our 'Celebrating Sisterhood' program assists girls in building positive peer-to-peer relationships and in turn celebrating their sisterhood so they grow into the beatutiful and dynamic women they are destined to be.     Guy's Day Program - Mighty Men

     Mighty_Men

    Our ‘Mighty Men’ program is based around the presentation of the “Nuggets”; thought provoking and compelling messages that we have identified as being the significant truths and lessons young men need to hear and put into action to live happier and more inspired lives. Each Nugget addresses an area that explores a current question, challenge or pressure that young guys will be required to navigate as they journey to manhood. The program incorporates a variety of inspiring stories and analogies, interactive physical activities requiring movement and competition, small group discussions and multimedia to ensure the messages are engaging and relevant.
