Rising Generations Ltd is a not-for-profit, dynamic youth leadership development organisation. Launched in January 2004, we have worked with more than 65,000 young Australians and assisted hundreds of schools and organisations nationally, sharing the message of service and leadership. Rising Generations is endorsed as a tax concession charity (TCC) and is an authorised performer of the NSW Department of Education.
Our Results
We believe that by equipping and empowering the next generation of leaders with interpersonal and leadership skills they will have an increased positive attitude to life and be able to realise their own potential and use their gifts and energies to serve others and make a difference in their school, families and communities.
Our programs provide young people with a framework of values to help them navigate the challenging years of adolescence and make good choices around issues such as relationships, drugs, peer pressure, mental health and self-esteem.
Our programs encourage active participation in school life and serving through leadership. Active participation assists young people to feel more confident, develop essential life skills such as; conflict resolution, communication, developing a personal vision, and building relationships, as well as feel a greater sense of belonging to their school and community, which research shows positively increases self-esteem.

By putting things into practice, our programs aim to enhance the leadership skills of participants to immediately improve performance and sustained over the long-term
Service Learning
Skills are important, but the values and motivations of a leader will determine their legacy. Our programs go beyond just skills by also challenging the perception that leadership is about a badge or being the best and by fostering an enriched sense of social responsibility.

We focus on challenging participants to open their minds up to new possibilities and unleash their untapped potential.
